Notice Of Intent to File A Lien Statement
COLORADO Revised Statutes § 38-22-109(1) mandates that a notarized Notice Of Intent To File A Lien Statement, along with a copy of the Statement Of Lien, must be sent by registered mail or personal service to the Owner or the owner’s agent ten (10) days prior filing a Statement Of Lien.

Statement Of Lien
COLORADO Revised Statutes § 38-22-109 mandates that a Statement Of Lien must be recorded no later than four (4) months upon completion of your furnishing labor or materials for a project. It is recorded at the County Recorders Office in the county where the project you provided construction related labor, services, equipment or materials is located. A notarized Notice Of Intent To File A Lien Statement, along with a copy of the Statement Of Lien must be sent by registered mail or personal service to the Owner or the owner’s agent ten (10) days prior filing a Statement Of Lien.
