On private Commercial projects WYOMING Statutes § 29-2-110 mandate that a WYOMING Notice To Owner must be served by the General/Prime Contractor or Subcontractor to the Owner within thirty (30) days after first furnishing construction related labor, professional services, materials, machinery, fixtures or tools to a jobsite.
