If a General/Prime Contractor records a SOUTH DAKOTA Notice Of Project Commencement, SOUTH DAKOTA Codified Laws § 44-9-53 mandates that Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and subcontractors supplying materials to other Subcontractors must deliver by certified mail to the Owner and General/Prime Contractor a SOUTH DAKOTA Notice Of Furnishing Labor Or Materials no later than sixty (60) days from the last date providing equipment, labor, materials or services for the project.
